The following ‘User Agreement’ comprises of a binding contract between you, the User, and diamondtours with regard to the use of various travel related service solutions provided by diamondtours

Acceptance of Terms

1.1 diamondtours was incorporated under the laws of India which provides various travel related services through its Website www.diamondtours.sg

1.2 diamondtours agrees to provide the user with information related to travel, tourism, pricing, and availability of the facilities and the status of reservations all around India including the popular cities, unexplored destinations and rural areas. These Services are available and can be availed by the User in India as well as abroad throughout the year as being offered by various third party vendors.

1.3 This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is applicable to all diamondtours Services. In addition to this generic User Agreement, the User shall be required to read and accept the respective specific terms and conditions of every Service opted by the User as and where required. Specific Terms of Service of any given service shall be deemed to be a part of this Generic Agreement and in the event of a conflict between such Terms of service (TOS) and this User Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall stand good.

1.4 In addition to the above, every Service Provider may issue terms and guidelines governing the specific features, offers or the operating rules and policies applicable to each Service (for example, flights, hotel reservations, packages, etc.). The User shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies of the Service Provider with whom the User elects to deal, including terms and conditions set forth in Service Providers’ fare rules, contract of carriage or house rules.

1.5 diamondtours reserves the right not to accept any order placed by the user through the website without quoting any reason thereof. Contract to provide any service by diamondtours is valid only post receipt of the full payment towards the service from the user and accepted by diamondtours.
